Contracting & Grants Internship
As ArxEd continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to research grant opportunities and assist with state contract applications. Responsibilities include conducting research on state and national bid lists, supporting the completion of application requirements, and identifying state and federal grant opportunities.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze data from public sources, including grant posting, industry publications, and market research. Develop a detailed guide for the following:
- Research state and national bid lists and assist with the application process.
- Help prepare paperwork for vendor list applications at state and national levels.
- Research state and federal grants opportunities and requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive Grant Guide that organizes findings and provides customers with clear, actionable information to navigate state and national funding and application processes.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Interest in public sector contracting, procurement, or grants management.
- Familiarity with government databases or tools is a plus.
Compensation: Interns will be paid a stipend of $1,000 to $1,500 depending on their performance.
